Spring 2019 WE Collective Small Group Selection Process
This season we will begin a new enrollment process which will allow you to self-select which WE Collective group you will be a part of. Those who wish to stay in their current groups may do so, and those who choose to switch will be able to assign themselves to a new group of their choice. Choosing to switch groups could be for ANY reason such as needing a new time, wanting to meet new people, or simply wanting to mix it up.
Important note: in addition to our usual group offerings, starting this term we will offer two speciality groups:
One group will meet in RTP. This group will meet at either The Frontier or Regus co-working in order to better accommodate women who live in the Raleigh, Morrisville, Apex area. Time/date TBD - will be agreed upon by those wishing to create this new group.
One group will be comprised of established business owners only. This group is for members who have been in business for at least 2-3 years, and have well established business know-how and acumen. These are members who may be managers and/or are looking to scale.
If you want to stay in your current small group:
Please indicate that in the appropriate spot on you application, and complete the re-enrollment process.
That’s it! Attend your next group meeting as usual.
If you want to switch groups:
Please indicate that in the appropriate spot on your application, and complete the re-enrollment process.
You will receive an email on the morning of Monday, April 22 at 9am with a link to the enrollment document. A few things to note:
All group positions will be first-come, first-served. We suggest that if your schedule greatly limits the days of the week and times of day when you can meet, that you log in as soon as possible that morning to select your group.
New members will begin selecting their groups on Thursday, April 25.
All groups will be capped at 10 members unless a group which is currently active has more than 10 members which would like to stay part of that group.
Select which group you would like to join by adding your information in the appropriate group.
You will have until Sunday April 28 at midnight to select your group. At that time all group placements will be final.
On Monday, April 29th you will receive an email with your chosen group assignment along with the emails of your group members so that you may plan your first small group meeting.
